Life Untangled: Terms of Enrollment

These terms describe what you're agreeing to when you enroll in a Life Untangled membership or book a Deep Dive session. Please read them alongside our FAQ and What to Expect sections before enrolling.

1. What Life Untangled Is

Life Untangled is a continued-support membership for clients navigating life transitions and personal growth. It is designed for consistent, ongoing check-ins, not as a substitute for a full weekly therapy schedule or a new client intake.

Life Untangled is not crisis care or emergency support. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or need immediate help, please call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or contact your local emergency services.

2. Membership Options

Life Untangled · Continued: $97/month Two 30-minute 1:1 sessions per month. Available exclusively to previous clients of Therapy On My Terms.

Life Untangled · Extended: $257/month Two 60-minute 1:1 sessions per month. Open to new and returning clients.

Deep Dive: $150 per session A one-time, 60-minute add-on session, available any month you'd like extra time beyond your two included sessions. Does not require an active membership.

3. Payment and Billing

Memberships are billed monthly through Stripe on a recurring basis, beginning on your enrollment date. Life Untangled is a private-pay service. All payments are non-refundable. If you'd like to seek out-of-network insurance reimbursement, a superbill is available on request.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing therapyonmyterms@gmail.com at least 30 days before your next billing date. Your membership will remain active, and billing will continue, through the end of that 30-day notice period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any amount already paid.

5. Rescheduling Policy

Things come up. If you need to reschedule a session, please request the change at least 24 hours in advance. Because your session time is reserved specifically for you, cancellations made within 24 hours of your session, or missed sessions, are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.

6. Sessions Do Not Roll Over

Your two monthly sessions reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused sessions do not carry forward into the following month.

7. Scheduling

Your first session is scheduled using the link provided in your welcome email after enrollment. Every session after that is scheduled directly with your therapist at the end of your current session.

8. Switching Membership Levels

You may move between the Continued and Extended tiers at any time by emailing therapyonmyterms@gmail.com. Changes take effect for your following billing cycle.

9. Eligibility

The Continued tier ($97/month) is available exclusively to individuals who have previously worked with Therapy On My Terms in a clinical capacity. The Extended tier and Deep Dive sessions do not carry this restriction.

10. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to Life Untangled's structure, pricing, or policies. The version in effect at the time of your enrollment governs your membership; material changes going forward will be communicated by email.
