Coaching is not covered by insurance, as it is not considered a clinical mental health service. Payment is made directly and securely through our website at the time of booking. Yes, your privacy is a priority. Everything shared during your coaching sessions is kept strictly confidential. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I am committed to creating a safe, judgment-free space where you can show up fully and honestly. Our sessions are held virtually via Zoom, and while coaching is not bound by the same legal confidentiality requirements as therapy, your personal information and what you share will always be handled with the utmost discretion and respect. However, if there is ever a risk of harm to yourself or others, appropriate steps will be taken. If you have any questions about privacy before getting started, please do not hesitate to reach out.

What if I am in a crisis or need immediate help?
Coaching is not a crisis service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room. For ongoing mental health treatment, I encourage you to seek support from a licensed therapist or mental health provider.

Therapy on My Terms - Effective Date: 2025
1. All Sales Are Final All purchases made through Therapy on My Terms are non-refundable. We encourage all prospective clients to take advantage of our free consultation before purchasing any session or program to ensure that Therapy on My Terms is the right fit for you.
2. Session Expiration All sessions purchased must be completed within one year of the purchase date. Any unused sessions after one year will be forfeited and are not eligible for a refund, transfer, or extension.
3. Digital Products All digital product sales are final. Refunds are not available once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed. In the event of a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a store credit.
4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No Shows We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Same day cancellations are not guaranteed to be rescheduled. Clients are permitted one reschedule per session with advance notice. No shows, defined as failing to appear for a scheduled session without prior notice, will be counted as a completed session and are not eligible for a refund or reschedule. Repeated no shows may result in termination of your coaching program without a refund.
